This request relates to the powers of Mersey Tunnels Police Officer for enforcing Covid 19 regulations.

1) Do Mersey Tunnels Police have the power to enforce Covid 19 Regulations outside the Merseyside Integrated Transport Authority's ownership of land at the Tunnels, if the subject is not and has not been on that land.
In particular the issuing of fines and/or the powers of Arrest under Covid 19 Regulations?

2) Do Mersey Tunnels Police have the power to enforce Covid 19 Regulations outside the Merseyside Integrated Transport Authority's ownership of land at the Tunnels, if the subject is not and has not been on that land.
In particular the issuing of a lawful order to leave an area?

3) If the answer to either of the questions in 1 and/or 2 is yes, please provide references to the Legislation giving Mersey Tunnels Police such additional powers outside their Jurisdiction described in section 105 of The County of Merseyside Act 1980.
