Mermaids

We're waiting for Adam Rose to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,

Please let me know for each of the past 5 years:

1. How much money has been given to Mermaids from funds raised via Children in Need; and

2. How many times Mermaids has been provided as a contact organisation for programmes’ “if you’ve been affected by issues” support lines and pages.

Yours faithfully,

Rose Adams

In short the BBC uses the BBC Charter clause to exonerate itself from criticism. It calls every BBC employee a 'Journalist' even though charity funding (To Mermaids) is made by those who are not exclusively 'journalists' but BBC management on a national and local level.
