1. Full list (including models) of Mercedes-Benz all-terrain vehicles and trucks you have purchased, hired or leased (including Unimogs).
2. (if leased/hired) Lease/hire start date & end date.
3. Name of service provider for any Mercedes-Benz Vehicles you have purchased, hired or leased.
4. (If owned) year purchased and when are you looking to renew your fleet of Mercedes-Benz models?
5. Contact details for the person(s) responsible for managing the fleet of Mercedes-Benz all terrain and truck vehicles, including name, job title, contact number and email address.

We have now completed a search for the information which you requested and
confirm that this Authority holds data relevant to your request.

The Response to your request is as follows:

1. Full list (including models) of Mercedes-Benz all-terrain vehicles and
trucks you have purchased, hired or leased (including Unimogs).

• Vehicles are owned as Capital Assets.

 3. Name of service provider for any Mercedes-Benz Vehicles you have
purchased, hired or leased.

• Maintenance for our Mercedes Benz vehicles is undertaken in-house by
the Fleet Engineering Team. Additionally we utilise Rossetts
Commercials Worthing for any warranty work, and ad-hoc maintenance
work required on the Unimog.

        4. (If owned) year purchased and when are you looking to renew
your fleet of Mercedes-Benz models?

• Year of purchase for each vehicle is denoted by the registration date
as per the included table. Vehicle replacement is evaluated on a case
by case basis as per our annual fleet list review, giving
consideration to such factors as age, service history, mileage and any
known issues with the vehicle, consequently there is no predetermined
renewal date for these vehicles.

5. Contact details for the person(s) responsible for managing the fleet of
Mercedes-Benz all terrain and truck  vehicles, including name, job title,
contact number and email address.

• The Fleet Engineering Manager has overall responsibility for the
management of all vehicles within the West Sussex Fire And Rescue
Service and West Sussex County Council fleets. 
• Name, contact number and email address constitute third party personal
data and I decline to disclose it applying the exemption in s40(2)
Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Disclosure would be unfair and unlawful as none of the conditions in
Article 6 GDPR is met (and in the case of special category data, none
of the conditions in Article 9 GDPR is met)

 

The information supplied to you continues to be protected by the
Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. You are free to use it for your
