The Scottish Information Commissioner is very unlikely to hold the information that you have requested. The Scottish Information Commissioner is an independent individual charged with the responsibility for enforcing FOI rights in Scotland and deals with appeals against decisions of public authorities or failures of public authorities to respond to requests.

The Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) is responsible for the investigation of unexplained/suspicious deaths in Scotland and may hold the information that you have requested (although you may have to clairfy your request a bit further before making one to COPFS). You can make a request for information to the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Services through the WhatDoTheyKnow website here: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/body/crow...

The Scottish Information Commissioner is still required to respond to your request, but I hope that this helps you to get the information you seek more quickly.
