2) What, if any, services do you provide to staff to promote mental health and wellbeing?

3) What, if any, services do you provide to staff in the form of training covering the following:
3a) Where or how they can access services for any mental or physical health concerns.
3b) What services or protocols, for example; TRiM or Mental Health First Aid Courses, does your trust currently use in relation to Mental Health ?

4) What, if any, are your plans over the next financial year to improve the physical health and wellbeing of staff?

5) What, if any, are your plans over the next financial year to improve the mental health and wellbeing of staff?

6) Any other information you may have or hold relating to the policies and procedures relating to the improvement and supporting of a staff members physical and mental health wellbeing.

Thank you for your request for information regarding staff wellbeing which
we received on 29/5/19.

 

We will deal with this request in accordance with your right of access to
information we hold under the Freedom of Information Act and I attach a
leaflet containing further information about both your rights and our
obligations under this legislation. You will see from this that we are not
obliged to generate information we do not already hold in order to provide
what we are asked for, such as by collating data or formulating direct
answers to questions, but you are entitled to receive copies of records
(or extracts from them) that contain the information you have requested.

 

We will research the information you have requested and we will respond
providing what we hold no later than 26/6/19 in accordance with the
timescales set by the Act.

 

We will inform you if:

a) We are unable to provide you with any of the information you have
requested, and explain the reason for this; and
