mental health services to deaf bsl users
Dear Sir or Madam,
please could you tell me if you are able to
offer any mental health services such as counselling, psychotherapy
or psychological interventions to deaf people directly in British
sign language (but not using a sign language interpreter as this
will affect confidentiality)? If you are not able to offer this
service, what arrangements do you have for allowing access to
psychological interventions to deaf BSL users on an equivalent
basis to hearing-speaking people
Yours faithfully,
Kevin Baker
