Dear FOI (RRE) MPFT,

Apologies if your receive this more than once.

I would be grateful if you could clarify your answer.

You stated in your answer that the Trust does not provide mental health recovery and reablement services commissioned by Social Care. However in their FOI return Staffordshire County Council advised that your trust provided these services for them.

Can you explain explain this apparent discrepancy?

Yours sincerely,

Carl Cross

Dear Mr. Cross,

I have clarified this with Pauline Bonner, the Trusts Deputy Director for
Social Care.

She has said whilst we do provide all AMH services via a s75 Partnership
Agreement, we do not have a specific social care “reablement and recovery”
service.

If you would like to discuss this further with Pauline she is happy for
you to ring her on 01543 729523.

Thanks.

Kind regards
