Dear Hana

Further to your recent request for information, the University’s response
follows.

I would like to receive information about the number of your full-time
employees who currently have certification in mental health first aid.

We hold data on the number of staff in each of the last three academic
years who attended a Mental Health First Aid training course leading to a
Mental Health First Aid England certificate:

2016/17               75

2017/18               128

2018/19               61

However, please note that staff HR records are not updated with this
information so we are not able to confirm the current number of full-time
employees holding the certificate.

I would like to also kindly ask for the total number of students attending
your university at the moment.

This data is available on our website:

Please note that data for the current 2019/20 academic year will be
updated after the annual census date of 1 December.

This completes the University’s response to your information request. If
you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your
request and wish to make a complaint or request an internal review of our
decision please contact:

Director of VCO and DPO, email : [2][email address] or
by post:  Kingston University, 10 Crescent House, Grove Crescent, Penrhyn
Road Campus, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey KT1 2EE.

In the event that you are not content with the outcome of your complaint
you may then apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision. Generally, the Information Commissioner cannot make a decision
unless you have exhausted the complaints procedure provided by Kingston
University. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at:

The Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane,
