Mental health declarations in schools
Dear United Learning Trust,
Please could you tell me how many of the primary schools that you oversee have signed:
- A mental health declaration
- A physical health declaration
A mental health declaration is a document signed by a school stating that if a child under their care is suffering from mental illness, the school
will seek the appropriate medical attention to help them.
A physical health declaration is a document signed by a school stating that if a child under their care hurts themself physically, the school will seek the appropriate medical attention to help them.
Please also provide the names of the primary schools which have signed a mental health declaration.
Yours faithfully,
Tara McGrory-White
