I wish to know how many patients that were depressed or in a mental health crisis were reported to the DVLA as not being fit to drive?
I wish to know how many patients were not told of these decisions by your mental health psychiatrists and staff?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept your request, as it is a legal requirement of the Act that you provide your real name.
