1. Please provide all policies you hold in relation to Mental Health
2. Please provide all policies you hold in relation to LGBTQ
3. Please provide all policies you hold in relation to Disabilities
4. Please provide all complaints data you hold in relation to Mental Health in the last 5 years
5. Please provide all complaints data you hold in relation to LGBTQ in the last 5 years

I understand that under the Act, I should be entitled to a response within 20 working days. I would be grateful if you could confirm in writing that you have received this request. I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.
If my request is denied in whole or part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the Act. I will also expect you to release all non-exempt material.
Yours faithfully,

Dear Mr Martin,
Thank you for your message.
The Criminal Procedure Rule Committee is constituted under section 70 of the Courts Act 2003 for the purpose conferred by section 69 of that Act. It has no corporate identity, employees or contractual capacity, or, therefore, policies of the type for which you ask. I act as the Committee's secretary but I am employed by the Ministry of Justice, to which I assume you will have made a similar request.
Yours sincerely,
Jonathan Solly
