Dear Mr Brown,

 

Thank you for your request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act
2002. Please find below the responses to your request.

 

On a ratio of 1 per 1000 students, how many did withdraw this academic
year? 78 students per 1,000 withdrew from their course in Session
2015/16.  This figure is based on 1,124 withdrawals from our current
enrolment total of 14,376 for Session 2015/16, which covers all attendance
modes and all levels.

 

How many of these students indicated they had mental health issues or
required counselling support?  Of the 1,124 students who withdrew in
Session 2015/16, 8 identified they had mental health issues.

 

What was the attainment rate of students with disabilities in your
institution in Academic Year 13/14; 14/15; and 15/16?

 

Attainment rates for students with disabilities is as follows:

 

Session 2013/14:  85%

Session 2014/15:  88%

Session 2015/16:  Under Section 17 (1) (b) Information Not Held, I must
inform you that this information is not available at this time.
