Dear Borders College,
Under the Freedom of Information Act can you please provide me with the following information:
On a ratio of 1 per 1000 students, how many did withdraw this academic year?
How many of these students indicated they had mental health issues or required counselling support?
What was the attainment rate of students with disabilities in your institution in Academic Year 13/14; 14/15; and 15/16?
Dear Mr Brown,
The College publishes its performance indicator data each year on its website in December following audit of the data to ensure its accuracy. It is a requirement on all Scottish Colleges to publish the data in the format you will see reported on our website.
This academic year is still in progress and therefore data sets are at present incomplete. You may contact me in December for specific information on people with mental health issues studying this year and I will be happy to oblige by giving you complete, accurate and audited data.
In the meantime information on disability and learner success is available for 2013/14 and 2104/15 on our website at:
