Memorandum Copy

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Lincolnshire Police should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Lincolnshire Police,
under The Freedom of Information Act , l request copy of a memorandum sent out by the now retired Chief Constable - Neil Rhodes , that l hold record as being referred to by an Inspector Hull, WPC Sarah Oliver ( Rape Unit) and Malcolm Burch .
I believe l am entitled to be provided with copy of the aforestated memorandum as it was sent out unredacted in any way to Lincolnshire Police Force and was enough in evidence for it' s contents i.e " no one is to speak to Diana Smith and the telephone is to be put down on her", to be actioned against me when l was trying to report an attempted break in at my isolated rural home , where l reside alone as a registered disabled person with limited mobility, for a period of five days,

Yours faithfully,

Diana Smith

Dear foi,
as l remain dissatisfied with the response l received to my FOIA request, l now make record of asking for an internal review of that response as after all police memorandums are in the public domain and had l access to the proper resources l would have been able to obtain copy of the memorandum in question,

Yours sincerely,

Diana Smith
