Dear "No Reply @ Bristol" <[email address]>,
Thank you for your request. However, I do not accept that it is a complex request.
All the material I have requested has appeared in the Bundred Report, which was published last month. This report makes direct reference to the membership and minutes I have requested. This material is therefore easily available within the council. It should be stored - among other places - with the research materials relating to the Bundred report.
If not, minutes and membership of the Change Board will be held within a simple computer folder within the relevant department. If they are not, you should contact the police immediately as they have been removed with possible criminal intent.
It is my view senior managers at Bristol City Council - who are at the centre of a corruption scandal, which this requested material will highlight - are deliberately delaying and avoiding placing this information in the public domain to disguise their misconduct and potential criminality in this affair.
Your managers are CORRUPT. Ignore them. Act in the public interest and release the material. You know as well as I do that it is easily available
Yours sincerely,
Stephen Norman
