The information requested in questions 2 to 5 is not collected by People &
Culture (HR) and therefore not held by North East Lincolnshire Council.

Lincolnshire Council's handling of your information request reference

I have reviewed the response provided to you and the handling of your
request in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act and find:
• That your request was responded to within the statutory timescale of
20 working days.
• That you were informed whether or not the information you asked for
was held by North East Lincolnshire Council.
• That you were provided with the available information you asked for.
• That your response provided you with your rights of appeal.
I am therefore satisfied that the Council has acted in accordance with its
statutory duties in the handling of your request.
As stated in our response the information requested in questions 2 to 5 in
relation to the Association of Elective Home Education Professionals
(AEHEP) is not collected by our People & Culture service (Human Resources)
and therefore is not held by North East Lincolnshire Council.
Please note that the there is no obligation to produce or collect data
where it is not held, in order to respond to a Freedom of Information
request.
