Dear Westminster City Council,

I am requesting the following information under a Freedom of information request:

From the financial years 2012/11 to date:

1) How many Members of Parliament (MP) and/or Members of the European Parliament (MEP) are registered for Council Tax. I would like to know the total number of accounts for each of the years requested.

2) a) How many accounts have been awarded the second home job related discount of 50% for each of the years requested, and
b) how many of these relate to Council Tax payers that are MPs and MEPs, and
c) the total value of the job related discount awarded to MPs/MEPs for the years requested

3) Do you have a separate policy in place for delaying with applications for the job related discounts for MPs and MEPS, if yes so can I have a copy of the procedure

Please note I am only requesting figures for the information requested and no personal data.

Yours faithfully,

Sal Khanom

Dear Westminster City Council,

Re: Information request , your reference: 3123333

I need to clarify that point 3) of my request should read as follows

3) Do you have a separate policy in place for dealing with applications for the job related discounts for MPs and MEPS, if yes, I would like a copy of the policy.

Can I also add the following that I omitted in error:

4) How many cases where the decision to refuse the discount, the customer has appealed to the Valuation Tribunal, this is for all cases and not just in MP/MEP cases

Yours faithfully,

Sal Khanom
