Dear City of York Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of City of York Council's handling of my FOI request 'Members code of conduct'

Please review this decision- I have asked for the up to date documents of the code and the process - not historic documents which had changes made in the minutes.

Please simply provide the up to date code ( dated) and the up to date process with all amendments included - they were made 6 months ago ., you have to have an up to date princess not expect complainants or subject members to find those minutes ..

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/m...

Yours faithfully,

Gwen Swinburn
