Thank you for your request dated 4 February 2021 under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act

You asked for details of al individuals and organisations who met or spoke with the Cabinet Secretary
for Justice or Scottish Government officials to discuss amendments on freedom of expression to the
Hate Crime and Public Order (Scotland) Bil between 1 December 2020 and 2 February 2021, and
the dates when these meetings or cal s took place.
