Meetings of the Board
Dear Sir or Madam,
Firstly, i would like to thank the Board for its recent response to my request for information 58-10. (I may say I don't intend to trouble you further on that, in terms of an internal review.) Given the documents provided are an interesting research resource for me, I would like to go a little further.
Consequently, this is a request for information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (and, to the extent it applies, the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004).
Please provide me with information about papers presented to and minutes taken of private meetings of the Board in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
Please provide copies of any such relevant information in an
electronic format.
I hope my request is sufficiently clear. However, if you need any further assistance, please do get in touch. I shall respond as soon as I can. (If it's any comfort, I intend this to be my last request!).
Thank you again for your help. I really appreciate the time and energy taken to respond to my requests.
Yours faithfully,
Mr Wyllie

Dear Borders NHS Board,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
It is with intense regret that I am writing to request an internal review of Borders NHS Board's handling of my FOI request 'Meetings of the Board'.
In the Board's response, it is claimed no papers were presented to private meetings of the Board. However, I would direct your attention to the minute of 30th August 2007, which says that:
"John Glennie spoke to the contents of the paper focusing on the proposals to assist with joint working with Scottish Borders Council and to strengthen the Executive Team and the Board."
Consequently, I have room to doubt the veracity of the Board's claim no papers were presented to the meetings of the Board.
I therefore believe searches for information were not conducted in a proper manner. This is in contravention of the 2002 Act.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,
Mr Wyllie
