Meetings and Site Visits Buckden Marina.
Dear Environment Agency,
Due to Tribunal proceedings against my Landlord and Freeholder, I need the following confirmation.,
Since October 2021
How many visits have you made on EA business to the Buckden Marina site (PE19 5QS) in respect of meetings with Freehold Owner or in respect of complaints made about the site from other parties.
Please tell me the dates of the visits and where possible the nature of the visits and any outcomes you are able to share.
This is by no means complaining about the EA whatsoever, it is to clarify claims made by our Landlord
Yours faithfully,
Dawn Cooke

Dear Dawn
Thank you for your request of the 23 February 2023.
We respond to requests under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and
Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
We can confirm that we have made the following visits to the Buckden
Marina site (PE19 5QS) since October 2021, in respect of meetings with
Freehold Owner or in respect of complaints made about the site from other
parties:
• A routine T98 asset inspection was carried out in June 2021.
• On the 27 October 2022 we attended a report of a structure by the
river, it turned out to be an inflatable hot tub and there was no
increased flood risk so the matter was resolved.
