Dear [email address],
Thank you for your reply.
I am just coming back to you however as I think perhaps question 3 may not have been looked into sufficiently enough for my purposes.
Q3 asks about correspondence between the university and police regarding protest activity, however it does not follow that protest activity must have occurred in order for that correspondence to exist - the police may for instance be proactively gathering intelligence, as could the university. A response that therefore says there is nil information relevant to my request by virtue of there having been no protest activity may not fully answer the question therefore.
Could you please take another look at this for me?
Thank you,
Harriet
Dear [email address],
Apologies, I am just coming back to you again as i realise my argument regarding question 3 also applies to questions 1 and 2 - in that it is not necessary that there must have been actual protest activity for the university/police to actually have held relevant meetings, for instance to discuss the threat of such activity.
Could I ask for further clarity on these responses as w ell please?
Thank you,
Liberty Investigates
Dear Harriet,
Thank you for your emails providing this further clarification.
I can confirm that the University does not hold any information within the scope of your request as we have not had any correspondence with the police regarding these matters.

Dear FOI Team,
For the avoidance of doubt - are you saying that no meetings have been held with police which fall under the scope of questions 1 and 2 of my request?
Yours sincerely,
Harriet Clugston
Dear Harriet,
