We have considered your request under the terms of the Freedom of
Information Act. Please find our response below.

 

 

Please supply meeting notes and internal reports of meetings between
Cambridge Ahead and Peter Blake Director of Transport (GCP) and/or Rachel
Stopard Chief Executive (GCP) between January 1^st 2020 and March 3^rd
2020.

 

Please find attached the requested information the attached appendices
which have been reviewed in accordance with Environmental Information
Regulations 2004, as appropriate.

 

You will note that some information has been redacted. This is because the
following exception under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004
has been engaged:

Regulation 13 (1) of the Environmental information Regulations 2004, which
states that personal data information pertaining to any individual other
than that of the requester is exempt from disclosure (as per the document
entitled CARS_1).
