Dear IGT,
Many thanks for your reply. I find it difficult to believe that Mr Denton could have a meeting with NHSE without a single note being taken or a single follow-up email.
Please re-check and review the decision.
Yours sincerely,
Steve Walker

Information Act 2000.
Dear Mr Walker
Thank you for your recent email. The Trust has carried out a review of the
process undertaken in responding to your original request and also
re-confirmed with the Trust’s Human Resources department whether the
information requested is held.
The member of staff mentioned in your email retired before receipt of your
original request and as a result of this, the following actions were
undertaken to establish whether the information requested was held by the
Trust:
* Information Governance Department were instructed by the Chief
Operating Officer to carry out an electronic search of the
individuals archived email/calendar and H Drive (personal personal
computer drive), using the following criteria, “Dean” “Royles” “NHS
Employers”
* Human Resources Department carried out an electronic and manual
search of their electronic and paper records, using the same
criteria
Both searches confirmed that the information requested under the Freedom
of Information Act, was not held by the Trust. This was communicated to
you in an email dated
16^th November 2012. No further advice or guidance could be offered to you
due to the information not being held.
Following your most recent email, the Deputy Director of Human Resources
has repeated the above process and re-confirmed that the information
requested is not held.
The conclusion of the review is therefore that the method used to comply
with your request for information of 17^th October 2012, was fit for
purpose.
With regard to the time delay in responding to your later enquiry
requesting that the Trust ‘re-check and review the decision’, we have
records of a response being prepared which confirms the information above,
but no record of it having been sent. We apologise for this error.
If we can be of any further assistance, please do contact us again.
Yours sincerely
