Dear Mr. Downer,
Thank you for the reply.
Is it at all possible to have the requested components of each application listed, rather than as averages, as I wanted to see the combinations of BMAT scores, predicted grades and interview scores each applicant applied with, and how these factors were weighted?
Also, Is it possible to have the information in a separate document, such as an excel spreadsheet for example, as the data seems to have been formatted oddly and is quite difficult to interpret?

We cannot release individual scores as our numbers are so small that individuals could be identified.
I don’t have the data in Excel but attach a pdf of my earlier mail, as the format seems to have become garbled in transmission. I hope this is easier to read.
