2)    What were the average UCAT scores of applicants that were invited to
interview?

We were not certain what you meant by this question, – whether asking for
the average score we give to the UCAT or the average raw UCAT score so we
have included both:

+------------------------------------------------------------------------+
|2020/21           |2019/20           |2018/19 |
|---------------------------+---------------------------+----------------|
|32/2720           |32/2760           |33/2660 |
+------------------------------------------------------------------------+

3)    What were the average GCSE and A-Level grades of successful
applicants?

We do not record the actual grades of GCSE’s or A-levels. This information
is held by UCAS. All standard offers are based on AAA in biology,
chemistry and one other subject, excluding general studies, critical
thinking, citizenship studies or global perspectives.  GCSE’s are used in
pre-selection and are scored using the scoring system based on the highest
8 GCSE’s which must include the sciences, maths and English language. A* =
2 points A = 1 to a maximum of 16 points.  The average points allocated to
successful applicants is as follows:

+------------------------------------------------------------------------+
|2020/21           |2019/20           |2018/19 |
|---------------------------+---------------------------+----------------|
|15 |15 |15 |
+------------------------------------------------------------------------+

  2018 2019
Average A Level Grades AAA AAA

4)    What is your policy for inviting applicants for interview for 2021
entry i.e. how are applications ranked?

This has not been agreed yet as 2021 entry has not opened on UCAS.

I trust this meets your requirements.

If you are unhappy with the way in which your request has been handled and
wish to request a review of our response or to make a complaint, please
see the attached information sheet and form.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any enquiries regarding

Yours sincerely
