Good morning,

Thank you for your request for information dated 25/02/2020.

The University admitted 17 students onto the A100 course in 2019 who missed their grades for AAA offer holders and were able to start the course.

Responding to the remainder of your request would result in reporting small numbers (fewer than 5). This would create a risk of some individuals being identifiable. This information is therefore exempt from disclosure under section 40(2)/40(3)(a)(i) of the Freedom of Information Act (2000), as it is personal data relating to those individuals.

I hope that this is of use. If you are unhappy with the way we have handled your request you can ask for an internal review. Details of how to do this can be found at: http://www.ncl.ac.uk/foi/access/complain...

If you are not happy with the outcome of the internal review, you then have the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner's Office for a decision. Details of how to do this can be found at: http://ico.org.uk/concerns
