Dear Poole, Katie,

But, when you told me that the first request was not valid, I didn't send you the full real name as you required which I sent it today morning 18th May, but I went to do another request with real full name at the time you told me that's not valid, so please, see the request above (which the second request) which is in 23 April and contains the real full name (Mr. Qusay Abdul Amir Ali) so why don't you consider this valid request which was since 23 April ?! Again please, see the request above, it contains the real full name so according to your 20 days work, I should receive the request information in the previous week .

I apologize for any inconvenience .
I looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Kindest Regards,

Yours sincerely,

Mr. Qusay Abdul Amir Ali

Dear Qusay,

Both requests in which the university had received were not valid and therefore could not be processed until a 'real name' was provided, under Section 8 (1) (b) of the FOIA (2000) https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/200.... The university responded to you explaining this on April 23rd 2020.

Your request can only be dealt with from the date it was made valid. The date we received your email confirming your name was May 18th, which is when the university responded acknowledging your request.

We will aim to respond to you as soon as we can.

Kind Regards,

Katie Poole
