Dear Department of Health and Social Care,

On your website https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/medical-ca... you state..

....."And some cannabis-based products are available on prescription as medicinal cannabis. These are only likely to benefit a very small number of patients."

..."Pychosis – there is evidence that regular cannabis use increases your risk of developing a psychotic illness such as schizophrenia."

1: Please provide me with copies of the evidence that medicinal cannabis "are only likely to benefit a very small number of people"

2: Please provide me with copies of the evidence that proves that
..."regular cannabis use increases your risk of developing a psychotic illness such as schizophrenia."

You also state that "There is some evidence medical cannabis can help certain types of pain, though this evidence is not yet strong enough to recommend it for pain relief."

This is a lie as you are well aware that for tens of thousands of users there IS strong evidence that cannabis does indeed help with pain.

Yours faithfully,

Kirsty Eccles
