Medical Records Scam.
Dear Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust,
Can you answer the questions below, regarding Medical Records and Court records, due to your REFUSAL to answer questions which you are required to answer under the Data protection Act, the Subject Access Requirements inter alia. Including your taking of payments for copies of records, where you take the monies and then refuse to supply records in their entirety, including cover ups of criminal offences. For the benefit of information sharing and Public Interest, You CANNOT Data Protect Criminal Offences.
1) You obtain Warrants under the Mental Health Act, with out complying with Law, including a Warrant on 2nd December 2010, under section 135(1) of the Mental Health Act, To Search For And Remove Patient. The Oath to obtain the Warrant was sworn by AMHP James McDaid. The supposed signature of a Judge is not a valid signature, it is part of a circle. Can you confirm or Deny that the Judge who agreed and passed the Warrant is District Judge Ian Gillespie. This name is required in the name of Justice, so that Proceedings can be taken, in respect of Unlawful Warrants ?. In addition, as the Warrant is a Public Document placed before a Magistrates Court the details of it cannot be Data Protected as it is already in the Public Domain and it has been Used/Passed and Shared, including to members of the Public.
2) You place documents into peoples medical records, with out their knowledge or consent. These records are of Transfer/Discharges from 'SAID' Hospital admissions and in-patient records relating to being patients in a Mental Hospital. When you are found out the original records placed in peoples GP records are removed and altered, even after people have obtained copies. Can you tell me, WHAT Laws/ Regulations you are using to do this to members of the public ?
3) Why do you make records of a stay in a Mental Hospital about the Public and later admit, when found out, that they were NEVER a Patient. Where is the Money going for the SAID Care of these Ghost Patients. Is this FRAUD ?.

Dear Information Freedom of (RYG) C&W PARTNERSHIP TRUST,
You are required to answer this FOI request, due to the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998. You are saying that the requests are obsessive, thus you are saying that the requests have no PURPOSE or VALUE. I will remind YOU that you keep referring to your complaints procedure. YOU do NOT have a workable complaints procedure, due to the FACT that when people complain YOU commit criminal offences against anyone complaining, including FALSE attempts to get a complainant sectioned to a mental health hospital. Your OWN records PROVE this. In addition the reason you are using the word obsessive against people is to make out that they have mental health problems, when they do NOT. So you need to provide PROOF of why you are refusing to answer to complaints AND refusing to answer FOI requests which have a legitimate purpose and then you are making false allegations of them being obsessive. There is PROOF of your tactics of refusing to answer questions and complaints, where YOU "GUIDE" people into further requests and complaints, so that YOU can attempt to render people as obsessive. It has also been made known that you write to people's GP's behind their backs, asking them to make referrals to the mental hospital when they write legitimate letters of complaints to YOU, which you continually refuse to answer to, where the complainant is forced to write further letters for answers. YOU then make false allegations of the complainant being obsessive, where YOU then attempt to render them with mental health issues, in an attempt to SHUT THEM UP. You are required to answer this FOI request, otherwise, give PROOF of its lack of purpose or value. Do NOT refer to your complaints procedure, as there is PROOF that it is deliberately made un-workable.

When are we going to have the HOUSE OF LORDS running our country?
In 2011 I listened to an eminent doctor who is also a Lord and a Member of the House of Lords. He was most eminently sensible stating that ALL PATIENTS should be given their records.
For the record, I agree with him. I also state that it is that person's own property and not that of the state.
For if other people can hold your medical record you can have no knowledge of what they have said.
It could be seriously damaging to the person's health NOT to be given all that has been said otherwise something might be overlooked.
I have personal experience of this happening to a now-deceased relative, and had she have had her own full medical record presented to her by the hospital when she was hospitalised in 1996 she might not have died in agony in 2006.

Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Teams
Crisis Teams accept referrals from a number of agencies or other mental
health teams when someone between the ages of 16 and 65 is experiencing a
psychiatric crisis. They provide multi disciplinary assessment and, if
appropriate, offer Home Treatment as an alternative to hospital admission.
The objective is to treat people in the least restrictive environment and with
the minimum of disruption to their lives. The teams are largely made up of
mental health nurses, social workers and psychiatrists who assess people in
their own home or an alternative community setting.
Referrals are made by GP’s, self referrals, community mental health teams,
and other professionals, statutory and non statutory agencies. Teams will
require GP’s to be involved to support rapid assessment.

On your OWN documentation, you say; "TEAMS WILL REQUIRE GP's TO BE INVOLVED".
So HOW do you EXPLAIN having said Patients on your Caludon Centre Hospital Records for OVER 18 MONTHS, where there is absolutely NO-GP-RECORDS made about your SAID PATIENTS ?

The <<Coventry and Warwickshire Trust>> accuse me of making serious allegations, yet at the same time, make NO-DENIALS. Why don't they take me to Court then. Errr Hellooo they do not comply with whistle blowing regulations either. Meaning that Criminality is covered up and rewarded. Look at NLP [Neuro linguistic Programming] this is used to brainwash, hypnotise and control people, often with out their knowledge or consent. NLP causes serious mental health issues on the victims and can eventually lead to suicide. I have witnessed an AMHP [Approved Mental Health Professional] under the control of NLP. Need I say more.
