Dear Miltonkeynesccg (NHS ARDEN AND GREATER EAST MIDLANDS COMMISSIONING SUPPORT UNIT),

Thank you for you very quick reply (FOI reply 000300), which is very helpful.

To understand better the "joint venture by the DWP and NHS in Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes" can you please send me a copy of information you hold that outlines the assessments "plan" (commissioning docs/agreements/formal plans) you mention in your reply and a copy of the Wave 1 and Wave 2 information you hold about getting Employment Advisers into IAPT services and whether these "Advisers" will be DWP employees or not?

You mention a Psychologist will be located in a Jobcentre, please advise of the name and street address of all Jobcentres this does and it planned to relate to.

Yours sincerely,

Frank Zola

Dear Miltonkeynesccg (NHS ARDEN AND GREATER EAST MIDLANDS COMMISSIONING SUPPORT UNIT),

With regards "There is a local plan to base an Assistant Psychologist in a Job Centre" mentioned in your original reply
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/m...

I made a follow up request,
(extract)
"To understand better the "joint venture by the DWP and NHS in Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes" can you please send me a copy of information you hold that outlines the assessments "plan""
which was answered today
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/m...

However, I can't find anything that explicitly mentions "a local plan to base an Assistant Psychologist in a Job Centre" as the "plan" I was referring to specifically concerned:

"a local plan to base an Assistant Psychologist in a Job Centre"

Nothing you have sent today refers to:

any "local plan to base an Assistant Psychologist in a Job Centre"

Please disclose the information you hold on:

"a local plan to base an Assistant Psychologist in a Job Centre"

I also take this opportunity to ask for the information you hold on:

"Work Coaches based at Milton Keynes Jobcentre are now able to make direct referrals to the local IAPT service. Following a referral, the initial assessment of needs takes place within the Jobcentre in a private interview room and is completed by the IAPT Assessor, a qualified Work Psychologist. Claimants can elect to have the assessment take place at an alternative venue other than the Jobcentre should they choose.

The initial assessment is a gateway to the IAPT service and claimants will continue to receive support through the IAPT programme where appropriate. Participation is completely voluntary and claimants are able to withdraw at any stage of the process.
https://www.parliament.uk/business/publi...

What qualifications do you expect a:

"IAPT Assessor" and the "qualified Work Psychologist" to have and will any be registered with the HCPC https://www.hcpc-uk.org/ or BPS? https://www.bps.org.uk/

Please disclose information and forms you hold concerning " referrals to the local IAPT service" by "Work Coaches based at Milton Keynes Jobcentre", such as referral forms, referral procedures and referral training material for Work Coaches and a copy of any leaflets or information you have to explain
IAPT services to Jobcentre 'customers'/claimants.

Please send a copy of any "initial assessment" tools, forms and questionnaires the IAPT Assessor, a qualified Work Psychologist may use or ask Jobcentre 'customers'/claimants to complete, undertake and or sign, concerning a Jobcentre based "initial assessment"

Yours sincerely,

Frank Zola
