Dear Croydon Borough Council,

Following the Sycamore House fire people were placed in hotel accommodation and/or offered follow on temporary accommodation. For the purpose of this FOI we will refer to people evacuated from Sycamore House to as 'residents'.

Would you please confirm if:

a) fresh medical assessments were carried out of residents following the fire
b) if historic information held on residents housing files were used to assess needs following the fire
c) was historic medical information used along side fresh assessments or instead of fresh medical assessment
d) was NowMedical used for either new or historic assessments
e) if NowMedical was not used for medical assessment please confirm how medical need was identified following the fire
