Dear Applicant

Section 15 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 places an
obligation of public authorities to provide advice and assistance to
applicants making requests for information from Scottish Public
Authorities.

It is with this duty in mind that I advise you that your request is
invalid.

Section 8 of the Act stipulates that if a requester's name is not in the
text of the email and/ or the requester only uses a first name then the
request is  invalid.

This is important because should you remain dissatisfied with a response
from a public authority and refer the matter to the Scottish Information
Commissioner they may not undertake a review if they consider the request
invalid.

Please confirm your full name if you wish us to consider your request for
information.

Further information on how to make a valid request can be found at
[1]www.itspublicknowledge.info.

Kind regards
Kim
