Media monitoring since 2016
Dear Midlothian Council,
Can you tell me what policies do you have?
How much does it cost per year?
Can you publish all reports produced since 2016?
Yours faithfully,
Abdul Hai
Thank you for your enquiry regarding 'Freedom of Information request -
Media monitoring since 2016'.
This will be passed to the appropriate section of the Council for
attention.
PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS AUTOMATED EMAIL - if you wish to make an

Dear Mr Hai,
In response to your FOI enquiry asking:
Can you tell me what policies do you have? How much does it cost per year?
Can you publish all reports produced since 2016?
All council reports considered by our councillors dating back to 2012 are
available on our [1]website.
In terms of what policies we have, the reports considered by council, as
discussed above, become council policy once approved by councillors. Our
website also includes details of our main [2]policies.
I am not sure what you mean by ‘how much does it cost per year’. There is
no charge for publishing the policies or producing them for the website.
If you can clarify the information you require, I am happy to help
further.
I trust the above has answered your query, however, an applicant who is
dissatisfied with the way in which Midlothian Council has dealt with
his/her request for information under Section 1(1) of the FOISA may, by
virtue of Section 20 of the FOISA, require Midlothian Council to review
its actions and decisions in relation to that request.
Best wishes,
Lynn Cochrane, Team Leader Communications
