Meaning of "TPP" in payments to suppliers

The request was successful.

Dear Bristol City Council,

What is the meaning of the acronym "TPP", used in October 2018's "Payments to suppliers with a value over £500 from Bristol City Council" document in the column "Description 1"?

In addition, it would be helpful to have a legend explaining some of the other acronyms such as "SUC" and "R&M".

Yours faithfully,

Mr Sansom
