1) What is SRA's solicitors code of conduct rule in relation to preserving "documents" relating to a Client files please ?

2) Does the above rule covers electronic as well as paper documents please ?

3) Is it true that the Solicitors are NOT preserve electronic documents but only paper documents despite all legal dictionaries defines legal meaning of a "document" includes electronic as well as paper documents please?

4) When was the last policy change occurred on this matter please?

5) When will be the next review please?

5) If I want to make representations on this matter whom should I contact please?

I am sorry, I am unable to find meaning of document in SRA guidance you provided

However, " Record retention schedules" available at www DOTsraDOTorgDOTuk/sra/how-we-work/records-management/ states The retention policies contained in the schedule apply to all records irrespective of location or FORMAT. does it apply to Solicitors as well?

is it the same for Solicitors. if so, where is it in SRA rules published by the SRA

I have searched enough but I could not find it please help me
