Dear Enquirer,

Your request for information has been processed under the Freedom of
Information (FOI) Act 2000.

The first duty of the Fire and Rescue Service in responding to your
request is to inform you whether or not the Service holds the information
you have requested.

I can confirm that Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service (LFRS) does hold
the information.

Your request:

I would like you to provide me with the details of your contract
concerning your MDT software that is used in your appliances to receive
mobilization, send statuses, etc. (probably a solution provided by Airbus
or 3tc).

The details I am looking for include the supplier, contract start,
contract end, total contract value, as well as the number of licenses you
currently utilize.

Our response:

We use Systel for our MDT solution.  This is used across 3 Fire Services -
Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, and Derbyshire.  We have 153 licences for
£62K per annum. 

This started from 1st May 2023 to 30 Apr 2024.  Then from May 2024 up
until Oct 2024.
