Dear Mr Stanley,

Thank you for your explanation of how the claim case management system works.
Can I please refine this FOI (rather than review) to draw attention from CASEMAN.
I would like to target web submissions made on the web server hosting money claim website https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk, focusing onto the data/information held on that server hosting the facility.

The web page https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/web/mcol/c...
has a text box with id="particulars"
[is titled A short statement (maximum 1080 characters) of what you are claiming for and why].
When the form submit button is clicked/tapped on that web page, the form contents is submitted to the script.

For every submission of the particulars form within this web page in live production, please count the number of occurrences of "equality act 2010" (case insensitive). I understand this will not include actual registered claims or court records.

Please state if the source data recording these form submissions are in text log files located on the file system, database files or socket based (ie SQL) database (please explicitly state how this form data is stored).

Please state the hardware platform, architecture, operating system for this server along with the vendor and product name of the web server application listening on TCP port https.

Please state if a script or automation has been used to fulfil (locate the information) this FOI.

Please state the age of the retained data submitted using these forms or what time span the online (on server etc) data covers.

If you are unsure about what this request entails, can you start by disclosing the source executable script which received submissions to https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/web/mcol/c... (not the html generated).

This FOI needs to be directed to MOJ eDelivery Group.

Yours sincerely,

Jed Maxwell

Dear Stuart,

During the FOI request internal review, please reconsider the following requests, bearing in mind they have already been disclosed by suppliers press release, media & press reports, social media posts by staff etc, automated data gathering, meta data in web pages and information held by other government agencies. This would mean the FOIA section 24 exemption may not be valid but may actually by section 21.

i) Please state if the source data recording these form submissions are in text log files located on the file system, database files or socket based (ie SQL) database (please explicitly state how this form data is stored).

ii) Please state the hardware platform, architecture, operating system for this server along with the vendor and product name of the web server application listening on TCP port https.

I understand section 24 refusal is standard government guidance and training given to public bodies and in the past has been given for information that was already on government websites.

Yours sincerely,

Jed Maxwell
