McCoubrey vs Wood, Has Charles McCoubrey Declared a conflict of interest?
Dear Conwy County Borough Council,
McCoubrey vs Wood,
Has Charles McCoubrey Declared a conflict of interest regarding his friend Cllr Andrew Wood?
Following the investigation regarding Cllr Wood in an article in the Daily Post stated
Asked what he was doing about the matter, council leader Cllr Charlie McCoubrey said: "I will be speaking to Andrew Wood in due course to try and get more details about the issue. I don't really have any more to say about it."
see https://www.dailypost.co.uk/news/north-w...
Mr. McCoubrey and Mr. Woods are long-standing friends,
Can the council please clarify if Charles McCoubrey has made a conflict of interest declaration regarding his friend Cllr Andrew Woods?
Or if he intends to?
if not why?
"Declaring interests
Declaration means drawing attention to registered or unregistered interests on almost any occasion when someone else might consider them to influence what you say or do."
Yours faithfully,
Dyffed Rowlands
