Dear NIPB FOI,
You stated that 199 ex officers took up the offer to be assessed under the McCloud Remedy, but on FOI Reference number: FOI 47/2023 Date: 6 October 2023, you state that this is not the true number.
McCloud project- I believe only 200 applicants have requested review -when is this likely to be completed?
Answer - This figure does not account for the full number of McCloud cases which require reassessment. This process remains ongoing, as such a completion date is not currently available.
We will be contact with you once we are in a position to resume all medical assessments
Please clarify the actual number.
Yours sincerely,
P
