NHS England holds information relevant to your request.

 

We can confirm that the Mazars report was received by NHS England on the
2^nd December 2015. However, there were further factual accuracy checks
that were requested from the authors of the report and a need to share the
report with regulators and the Trust ahead of publication.

 

The final version for publication was received by NHS England on the 16^th
December 2015. The report was published on NHS England’s website on 17^th
