Mayor's planning priority projects and council ownership

Thank you for the recent receipt of the Mayor's Planning Priorities list. Please can I have the following:
1. details of sites on the Mayor's Planning priorities list where the City Council have a landholding interest in development
2. which of the developers have existing agreements with the City Council for the purchase of Council owned land
3. details of specific clauses in property agreements between Bristol City Council and developers named on the Mayor's Planning Priority list where the Council become liable for abortive costs if planning is not granted.
4. which of the developers are represented on the Bristol One City board
