Please itemise the use of the mayoral vehicle for use by other people than current mayor Harry Truman and previous mayor David Snowdon.
Include date, reason for use, mileage, destination (to/from) and person(s) being transported.

Thank you for your reply. I'm unable to see the Word document as I believe its been shared via OneDrive as an internal document within Sunderland Council. Is it possible to attach the file to your email reply instead please?
