Dear Mr Church
Due to an issue with BCC’s IT, the Mayor’s electronic diary is not
available for us to review before December 2017. Unfortunately this
means we do not hold information on his 2016 appointments to
disclose.
We have however been able to locate records of the Mayor’s diary for
May, June (1^st to the 12^th), November and December 2016 – please
see attached PDFs. These were collated but not uploaded to the BCC
website while the office was in the process of reviewing how the
Mayor’s diary was shared online.
