Good afternoon,
Many thanks for your additional answers. There is just Q6 which remains unanswered. I believe this question is now relevant as you have changed your answer for Q4 to YES. Please may you advise how mattresses collected from households are disposed of?
Yours sincerely,
Emma Kilmurray
Good morning,
To clarify you have stated ' We collect domestic mattresses from our residents upon request. There is a charge to this'.
I have looked on your council website and can see that your have a collection service which accepts mattresses at a fee of £20.96 for up to 3 items. This relates to Q4 and Q5.
Please may you confirm that the answer to Q4 would therefore be YES (you have previously answered NO).
And also provide a response to Q6 with regards to disposal.
Thank you in advance for your time.
Yours sincerely,
Emma Kilmurray

Dear requester
To clarify the answer to question 4 is No, we have checked our records and can confirm we do have not responded to question 4 with a yes. Therefore the data remains the same.

Good afternoon,
Thank you for your swift reply.
To confirm, you would like me to log your answer to Q4 'do you provide a collection service for mattresses' as NO. Even though you have stated "We collect domestic mattresses from our residents upon request. There is a charge to this". And I have looked on your council website and can see that you have a collection service which accepts mattresses at a fee of £20.96 for up to 3 items.
I just want to fully check that this is correct, as this is part of a wider project where all other councils with the same bulky collection service as your council have answered YES.
If you would like me to go ahead and log the answer as NO (in contradiction to information on your website) please confirm by reply. If you do however wish to amend please may you provide a response to Q6 also.
Your time is much appreciated and I do hope we can bring this to a close shortly.
Yours sincerely,
Emma Kilmurray
