Subject: Mattress Disposal

Your request is being considered and you will receive a response within

This request is part of a large project, in which all other councils have provided responses. Please can I ask that this is dealt with as a priority. I will have to note Croydon Borough Council as 'failed to respond' if I cannot obtain an answer.

We do not charge for disposal at our Household Reuse and Recycling
Centres.

We use a combination of recycling and energy recovery across the
partnership, the majority of Croydon's Mattresses would go for energy
recovery.

Croydon Council offers a Bulky Waste service at a cost of:

• £35.53 for 1 to 3 items
• £58.45 for 4 to 6 items
