Please provide a copy of all Orders and Judgments made by the Court of Appeal ([2017] EWCA Civ 135 and/or A2/2015/1197); the High Court ([2015] EWHC 534 (QB) and/or QB/2014/0640) and by Bristol County Court in the case of Matthew Jones and Canal & River Trust . The case was originally heard in Bristol County Court on 22 September 2014 by HHJ Denyer QC. It is likely that a further Order or Orders were made by Bristol County Court in the weeks or months after 7th March 2017.
