Please publish on the above web page all Orders and Judgments made by the Court of Appeal ([2017] EWCA Civ 135); the High Court (QB/2014/0640) and by Bristol County Court in the case of Matthew Jones and Canal & River Trust . Alternatively, please provide these Judgments and Orders in response to this information request.

Further to your request of 25^th May and our subsequent acknowledgement of
26^th May, I can confirm that whilst the information you have requested is
held by the Canal & River Trust it is exempt from disclosure as it is
reasonably accessible by an alternative means in accordance with Section
21(2)(b) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. As a non-party to the
proceedings the information you have requested is available upon written
request to the relevant court. Permission from the court for the
disclosure should not be required as these were public hearings which were
filed at court after October 2006 and neither party, to our knowledge, has
filed for a restriction order of the judgements and orders.

 

Alternatively, some of the information you have requested may already be
