Dear Ms Irving

Thank you for your email below received by Armagh City, Banbridge and
Craigavon Borough Council on 10 March 2023 and internally transferred to
Information Governance for processing.

Council advised in its response letter to your request, issued on 20
October 2022, that requests for an internal review should be submitted
within two months of the date of its letter.  Your request is now outside
of the period of escalation; therefore, Council will not be considering
your request.

As per its response on 20 October 2022, Council can confirm, excluding
correspondence it has received from you, all documentation relating to
this case has already been provided to you in Council’s responses to your
previous requests reference IR-2021-297 and IR-2021-558 issued on 12
August 2021 and 7 January 2022 respectively and as previously advised,
there are no active investigations relating to this case and it is
closed.
