Dear Records Management,

I am grateful to you for replying so fast. I am not sure if all the attachments you meant to include are there? There are two copies of the 2020 submission, but not as far as I can tell what you describe as "a staff engagement survey. Please note that I have redacted the names of individual members of staff. This is because disclosing this information would enable individuals to be identified". I am sorry if I am missing something.

Please would you mind checking and confirming that all the intended attachments are there?

Yours sincerely,

M Hunter
